What happens to the details you share with us.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name and phone number, your email if you give it, and the service, location and job details you share. If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we also receive the details you send that way.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and carry out the work you ask for. We keep them only as long as we need them for those purposes or to meet legal and record-keeping duties. We do not sell your details.
Who handles it for us
Enquiries sent through the website are stored in our own PostgreSQL database with our hosting provider. We use an email provider to alert us to new enquiries and to send replies. These providers may process information outside Kenya. WhatsApp and email messages are also subject to the policies of those services.
Cookies and statistics
We count page views and clicks on our contact buttons to see how the site is used. These counts do not include your IP address or any identifier, and they use no cookies. Staff who sign in to manage the site use a sign-in cookie.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya you may ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You may also object to how we use it, or complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
